<rt-ingr>4 cl Hibiscus tea (cooled, fresh)<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>2 cl Lemon juice<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>1.5 cl Simple syrup<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>Foamer of your choice<rt-ingr>
Editor’s Note
Chamomile is optional for this drink. However, it puts a nice layer on top of it and makes it more interesting. If you don't like it, you can use regular gin.

<rt-ingr>1.25 oz Hibiscus tea (cooled, fresh)<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>3/4 oz Lemon juice<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>1/2 oz Simple syrup<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>Foamer of your choice<rt-ingr>

Instructions
Step 1
Infuse gin for 5 minutes with chamomile tea bag.
Step 2
Add infused gin with (cooled) hibiscus tea, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice into shaker
Step 3
Add foamer of your choice and shake. If you use egg white, dry shake first.
Step 4
Double strain into coupe glass
