<rt-ingr>5 cl Gin (preferably a blue one)<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>2 cl Lemon juice<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>2 cl Simple syrup<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>1/2 bar spoon of icing sugar<rt-ingr>
<rt-ingr>Foamer of your choice<rt-ingr>

Instructions
Step 1
Add gin with (cooled) lavender tea, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice into shaker.
Step 2
Add foamer of your choice and shake. If you use egg white, dry shake first.
