Instructions
Step 1
Mix matcha with hot water (not boiling, around 80°C/175°F) and let it cool.
Step 2
Add matcha, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice into shaker.
Step 3
Add a foamer of your choice and shake. If you use egg white, dry shake first.
Step 4
Double strain into a coupe glass.
