<rt-ingr>1 bar spoon of icing sugar<rt-ingr>

<rt-ingr>4–5 Pieces of cucumber<rt-ingr>

<rt-ingr>Foamer of your choice<rt-ingr>

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the cucumbers into small pieces and add them into the shaker. Add gin and muddle.

Step 2

Add elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and icing sugar into the shaker along with ice.

Step 3

Add foamer of your choice and shake. If you use egg white, dry shake first.

Step 4

Double strain into a highball glass with ice.

Step 5

Top up with soda water.
